Recently Samsung has announced that they are building on the success of the U600 by launching the Samsung G600. This is basically a 5 mega~ pixel version of the U600. It will be slightly thicker, 14.9 mm verses 10.9mm for the U600. According to Samsung the new G600 will appeal to both fashionistas and techsavvy professionals of all ages.
The key features of the G600 are the big 2.2 LCD screen with 16 million colours, a 5 mega-pixel multi-function imaging system and full Bluetooth v.2 connectivity. Samsung claim that the larger screen will help users read text or Web pages in full but Im not sure about that.
If you are looking for a 5 mega pixel camera phone you have two real choices the Nokia n95 (pricey but highly specced) or the new Samsung G600, which will be cheaper than the Nokia N95 but without GPS, HSDPA, etc. Also it is worth considering that the G600 will be a lot thinner than the Nokia N95, 14.9mm verses 21mm, and it looks pretty good too, so the choice is your. The Samsung G600 should be in stock this week and will be available for free on O2, T-mobile.
